Petition Statement

Our second amendment rights are long overdue a reevaluation. How many more senseless and entirely PREVENTABLE shootings have to occur before we do something about Gun Control.

As a citizen and constituent of this great country, I am asking that you take a firm stand and make a positive change by restricting access to guns and saving lives.

I don’t have a gun. I don’t want a gun. I don’t need a gun. But somehow the guns always wind up in the hands of people crazy enough to use them irresponsibly and dangerously. This HAS TO BE STOPPED.

restricting good respectible citizens who actually follows laws and morals from having a gun, doesnt make sense. i could go get a gun right now, illegally without a license..so making stricter laws doesnt keep people from getting guns. just like making weed illegal doesnt keep people from smoking weed. its just plain logic. then only criminals will have guns, the problem isnt gun control. its about raising your kids well, and knowing them well enough to know theres a problem, and addressing that problem. people are gonna do what they want to do. you cant keep a crazy person from being crazy. you can sure try by locking them up, but we all know that they never change. i mean….doesnt anybody watch SONS OF ANARCHY???!! people deal guns like they deal drugs. this shit happens. 

something to think about: if everyone in the country was required by law to have a gun on them at all times..would a criminal think twice before robbing someone? or pulling a gun on someone, knowing that theres ten people around him with guns as well?, could these shootings have been prevented or more lives saved if one of the teachers had a gun and was able to take him down before he shot those 27 people? instead we’re just supposed to hide under tables, and in bathrooms and hope for the best. how many of you would have shot that fucker in the face after he pulled the trigger at one of those kids the first time? (im assuming this issue from the connecticut shooting)
